Low Parkamoor is a remote farmhouse leased by Grizedale Arts from the National Trust. It can only be accessed on foot or by 4×4 vehicle. There is no electricity, water is pumped from a well, there’s a compost toilet and a Sefton range for cooking and heating hot water. Bryan and Laura are staying here with artists Maria Benjamin and Ruth Höflich (Guest-room) and Jay Yung. They will be living together in China for 1 month later this year for a project with Grizedale Arts and are bonding as they plant hedges and trees to carbon offset this roadtrip.
